They're overlays, just like clothing skins. Any Adult Sim (Females only, right now), even those that came with the game, can now be anatomically correct...most of the time.
Sims buy them once from a clothing rack, from Undies, Pajamas, Swimwear, or Gym Clothes. The "anatomy" is then available from their dressers in ALL of those categories.
Male Adult PastiesPlus, as well as female versions suitable for Dark skintones, will be available shortly one of these days.

ADVANTAGES:
- Small Files! They download fast, even on a slow connection, and take up much less space
on your hard drive than a full skin-set.
- Use any PastiesPlus with any Skintone. Create your own
custom, even unusual, combinations.
- Can even be used with MerCo Anatomy Skins for variety, since the placement of all
details is the same.

DISADVANTAGES:
- Sims take them off when truly nude. When bathing, or soaking naked in the Hot Tub,
they'll be "blank" again.
- Your kids might find them.
- Sim-nipples and pubic hair may be considered "pornographic" in some jurisdictions. In case you're ever raided by the FBI, make sure you do not have the nude works of Peter Paul Rubens, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Sandro Botticelli, and Amedeo Modigliani on your computer, in your home, or floating around anywhere where impressionable, innocent children may encounter them and be Ruined For Life!
