These are heads and bodies made to go together, usually so all jewelry or other accessories will match. Of course, each can be used independently ~ it's your choice. To download a complete Sim, or set of Sims as shown, RIGHT-CLICK the picture and choose "Save Target/File As..." . All .ZIP packages contain the necessary meshes.
